Gardiner Creamery

A man and two young women, Carolyn Schelling (center) and Ella Chambers are standing inside the Gardiner Creamery in 1910. It was reported in a Roseburg newspaper in 1902 that this creamery produced 55,000 pounds of butter to ship to San Francisco and 4,000 pounds of cheese for home consumption.
